Information we collect
Information you give us
Facility coverage requests. When a hospital, clinic or other facility asks us for coverage, we collect the facility name, contact name, work email, phone number, and details of the need, such as specialty, provider type, coverage type, the date coverage is needed, and anything you write in the details box.
Clinician resume submissions. When a clinician submits a resume, we collect your full name, email address, credential, specialty, licensed states, preferred work type, and the resume file you upload, including whatever information the resume contains (for example, education, work history and professional licenses).
Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message and any attachments.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so when a page loads your browser sends your IP address to Google.
Please don’t send health information
The Site is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive health data. Please do not include any patient information (such as patient names, medical record numbers, or details about anyone’s health or treatment) in a form or resume.
Please also leave out information we don’t need at this stage, such as your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank details. If we receive this kind of information through the Site, we may delete it.
How we use information
- To respond to facility coverage requests and discuss staffing needs.
- To review clinician submissions, evaluate qualifications for current or future opportunities, and contact you about roles that may fit.
- To communicate with you about your request or submission.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and misuse of our forms.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How we share information
We share personal information only for staffing purposes and to run our business, as described below.
- With healthcare facilities. We share a clinician’s information with facilities where that clinician is being considered for a placement. We will discuss an opportunity with you before sharing your resume with a facility.
- With service providers. We use service providers to host the Site and process form submissions (Netlify), and provide email. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons. When required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, clinicians, us or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The Site itself does not require cookies to work. The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
How long we keep information
We keep facility requests and clinician submissions only as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required by law to keep them longer. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we receive. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information that the forms don’t ask for.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can ask for a copy of the personal information you submitted through the Site, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, including a resume you submitted, subject to any legal requirement to keep it.
- Stop hearing from us. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you about opportunities.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for healthcare facilities and working clinicians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the Site.
